$ - Latex, oil, or water-based paint
$$ - Epoxy coating

How large of an area needs to be coated?
$ - Single car garage
$$ - Two car garage
$$ - Larger, commercial garage
Does the concrete need to be patched before the coating is applied?
$ - When the concrete is in good condition
$$ - When potholes or cracks need to be filled
Is there a failing coating that needs to be removed?
$0 - When the garage floors have never been coated before.
$$ - When the existing coating needs to be removed.
What type of preparation is needed before the coating is applied?
$ - When the surface only needs to be cleaned with an acid solution.
$$ - When a grinder or shot blaster is needed to prepare the surface (In order for an epoxy coating to stick properly, it must be applied to a rough surface).
Does the concrete surface need to be textured?
